RETURNS / EXCHANGES

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES

We will refund you! Simply write us and specify your purchase order number and we will give you a return authorization.

​

All returns must be received at the address of the shop no later than 15 days after the date of receipt of your item. You can also report the article yourself. All refunds are made according to the original payment method.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

​

If everything is correct, your return will be processed and refunded on the card used during the purchase within 5 working days of receipt of the item.

Note: we can not credit your PayPal account or virtual debit. They will refund you with a cyber gift card. If you return your order by mail, a credit will automatically be credited to your PayPal account or virtual debit.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. Sale items, jewelry, accessories, pareo, gift cards and cyber gift cards are not refundable. 

​

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for error on our part.

 

If you received a defective item:

In the case of a defective item, please contact our customer service within 10 days of the date of dispatch. If we can send you this same article, we will do it at our expense. If we do not have this item we will refund you upon receipt of the defective item.
